How do I receive my pattern?
All of our patterns are digital downloads. Once your payment is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link and your files will also be available in your account.
Do you post printed patterns?
No. All patterns are supplied as PDF digital downloads, allowing you to start your project straight away.
Do you sell finished items?
Yes! We are gradually adding handmade finished items alongside our digital patterns. Check back regularly for new additions.
I'm a beginner. Are your patterns suitable?
Many of our patterns are specifically designed with beginners in mind.
Each listing clearly states the skill level, and every pattern includes step-by-step instructions.
Are the crochet patterns written in UK or US terms?
Each product listing states whether UK or US crochet terminology is used.
Can I sell items made from your patterns?
Yes.
You are welcome to sell finished handmade items created from our patterns in small quantities.
However, the pattern itself may not be copied, shared or resold.
Can I get help if I get stuck?
Absolutely.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods offered through Shopify, including credit/debit cards, PayPal and other secure checkout options available in your country.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital downloads, refunds cannot usually be offered once the files have been downloaded.
However, if you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact us and we'll always do our best to help.
How often do you release new patterns?
New patterns are added regularly, often every week.
