Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a pattern has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

If you experience any problems with your download or believe you have received the wrong file, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
